Dancing can be a good workout
Regardless of sex, generation or income, more U.S. adults are seeking their workout via the dance floor, says a New York physiologist. “The best exercise program is one that is safe, balanced, promotes fitness and importantly, one people will do regularly because they enjoy it,” says Polly de Mille, exercise physiologist at the Women’s Sports Medicine Center at Hospital for Special Surgery.
